Good sensible read. I thought iodized salt was a no no, especially if there's Thyroid health history. Not true?

Actually, it could be said (and it is) that going away from Iodized salt to sea salt was a problem. Iodine was added to commercial salts precisely because people (women especially) were not getting enough with the advent of the 50's table menus being served. The issue is, a little goes a long way, it's so fine a grind that it easily overwhelms you. But the iodine was actually a good idea.
